I’m really impressed with the new Slack integration to background agents. To take that to the next level, I’d love to see a similar integration built for Linear, where I could just assign a Linear issue to Cursor and have it spin up a background agent, almost exactly like the new Slack integration works!

Devin currently has that integration with linear and it’s amazing. I would personally prefer to use Cursor’s background agent over devin tho.

Just tried Slack Agents today and it’s amazing. First thing I thought of was a linear version of the same thing, it would be next-level.
I would really like to assign Linear ticket to Cursor background agents as well. Seems like Linear has pretty good docs on how to build this integration: Developing agents – Linear Developers

cant see the option to set up Linear in cloud agents. Is there a work around for this
