api/dashboard/get-base-team-admin-settings:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

The Admin API is throwing a 500 on certain endpoints. This started today.

Steps to Reproduce

As an admin, go to the Dashboard, pick a user, and observe “Lines of Agent Edits”. Set the date range to 30d, observe no data since 7/23/2025.

Expected Behavior

Data was there yesterday, but that API endpoint is failing now. Not sure why the 7/23 date is a factor, but here we are.

Operating System

Windows 10/11

Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy)

Web version, or calling Admin API from an application.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Same issue for our account. Looks like it started on the 7/25/2025 for us. Tabs accepted and Agent requests still show count, but Accepted Lines and Chat applies are all 0 for all users.
We are tracking these stats and would need to get it back.

Similar situation here with ours, statred around 27th of July for us, 0 “lines of agent edit” tracked. Other metrics seem to be working but might also be impacted, hard to verify.

I can see stats for this week are coming through, however the period between end of July and now is still missing significant data. Any ETA when this will be restored?

this is getting worse, not better. Accepted Lines > Suggested Lines? That seem backwards.

We are still working on this issue and making improvements.

It sure is taking a long time for this. Is there an ETA? The data is useless in its present state.

For me there still no changes at all. Everything are still in 0s, except Tabs Accepted & Chats. I thought it was programming language related, but changing to either Dart, JS and Python still no improvement. I’ve updated my Cursor to the latest 1.4.5 too btw.

Imagine turning away people that want to showcase the product organically with social status displays.

Then spending real money on useless marketing to achieve less. Not a high IQ process.
