When a URL is returned by the chat agent, can you link them so they will open in a browser? ⌘ + click would be fine too
I even had the impression that this was working in the past but the fact that the entire chat window is plain text without any kind of hyperlinking support kills the UX. I might even try to switch to alternatives due to this thing alone.
