Describe the request
Right now, auto-run appears to be a mode alongside plan/debug/ask/agent. UX would greatly improve if it were a separate toggle, so that I can e.g.:
- Stay in Ask mode, but auto-run commands for research
- Switch to agent mode and have auto-run stay on
