Make file location references clickable

Describe the request

Chat will return a reference to a file location but it’s not clickable to quickly open them up.
screenshot below, the file references aren’t clickable to open them up in cursor or in default application.

Hey, thanks for the request.

To figure this out, I’ll need a few details:

• Do these links become clickable (blue), or do they stay as plain text?
• Cursor version: Help > About
• Are the files in the current workspace?

I’m in agent mode.

I have seen it sometimes where the output is clickable but sometimes not.
