Ok you all know this one, 
You are clicking “Keep All” for all changed files, and right at that moment the toolbar shrinks just enough to drop “Undo All” right under your mouse and you end up clicking the wrong button 
It happens because the right hand side (`1 / 2 files`) only shows up when there’s more than one file. So when you go from 2 to 1 file remaining the toolbar significantly shrinks so the buttons change their position.
Not the end of the world, you just Undo the action and click the correct button… (as long as your eye catches it in time…). I’d personally rather have the file count always visible than having to keep an eye on it to see if the button is about to move away from my mouse pointer…
