I am currently stuck in a support loop and need a human agent to help with my student verification.**The Problem:**In my first attempts, I only uploaded my Student ID card, which was rejected by the automated system.Now that I have my official Enrollment Verification (5.0 units), the verification page shows “Verification Limit Exceeded” and won’t let me upload any documents.SheerID support (Ticket T-B40432) closed my request without reviewing my files and told me to contact Cursor.Your AI Assistant (Sam) keeps directing me back to SheerID.Verification Proof: I am already a verified member of the GitHub Student Developer Pack with this email address.Privacy & Docs: I have all my documents (Enrollment form, Payment receipt, and ID) ready. I’ve already attached them to my support ticket T-B40432, but I can also send them via Direct Message to any Cursor staff member for manual review.Could you please help me override this limit and approve my student status?Thank you!

Non-.edu emails or institutions outside the USA: The student discount is currently only available to students with .edu email addresses in the USA. If your institution is outside the USA or doesn’t use a .edu domain, you’re not eligible at this time.
