I got two calls these days with max mode without enabling it. Both charged me almost 100 requests.

Steps to Reproduce

Use some model like opus in agent mode

Expected Behavior

Should not trigger automatically max mode

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Why is MAX being automatically enabled?

I code using Opus 4.5 in Plan and Agent, and I never manually enable max mode. And yet when I look at my Cursor usage page, there’ll be a whole slew of requests that are listed as using max. Not all the requests, I have no idea why only some.
