MCP error, no resources available

They disabled them because it was implemented poorly. Resources will be back once they have more time to do it right.

MCP resources not working in 0.46.9

mcp resources were causing more problems than benefit, we will be adding them back as at mentions in composer rather than individual tools for agent, does this work for people?
