On my windows, I tried npx -y @modelcontextprotocol/server-sequential-thinking and didn’t work. Then I try node "C:\Program Files\nodejs\node_modules\@modelcontextprotocol\server-sequential-thinking\dist\index.js" It shows green light then flashing a few times, and becomes red again. [image]

I think it’s because of windows user running the command with Powershell. In my test, the execution in Powershell directly seem to get into some issues. But In the end, I’m able to run it directly with node like this [image]
