Does this stop you from using Cursor
Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor
I have lots of problems using MCP on windows. Similar issue - works on command line but not. In the end I have given up with MCP, often can get similar from command line tools
You should post your .json though

My .json is very simple.
It seems that curosr doesn’t have enough permission to do MCP command. but I already check all permission, it should be ok.

The same thing happening to me, too. It seems light you’re not even using Smithery.ai as a middle man to connect to mcp servers. You’re directly connecting to mcp servers and it’s still not working? I thought it was smithery.ai’s server problem…
I guess it’s Cursor’s fault then?

Hey, can you check the logs? To do this, open the Output panel by going to the View -> Output menu, and in the dropdown menu, select the MCP Logs.
Hi, for npx on windows use : cmd /c npx or cmd /k npx.
