Model/mode switcher did not open

Describe the Bug

When I try to open the model/mode switcher, there is “Uncaught ResizeObserver loop completed with undelivered notifications” present in the dev console, and the switcher immediately closes. The model/mode switcher did not open

Steps to Reproduce

Open chat as Editor (Not as a Pane). Try to open the model/mode switcher in chat.

Expected Behavior

The mode and model selectors are opened
