Modifications not show correctly

The code modified by AI no longer has line numbers for comparison. It’s unclear where the modifications have been made, leaving only a style with a green background.

I cant use accept this , and cant find next change button like before

Clicking the “Previous” “Next” arrows “Keep all” yields no response.
