Multi-root workspace blocks tool create/edit calls

Describe the Bug

When adding a folder to the workspace to have a multi-root workspace, the tool has issue with creating and editing files for some reason. always when removing the second folder the tool can again use tool calls. trying to add the folder to trusted folders did not help

Steps to Reproduce

Open multi-root workspace so you have more then one directory. The first 2 or 3 tool create or edit files calls will succeed, but then it will stuck at admin disable tool call

Expected Behavior

the tool cannot edit or create files

Windows 10/11

No - Cursor works, but with this issue
