Multiroot Workspace Issues with indexing and ignore files

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

When I have a multi-root workspace it will ask me to index project folders that have already been indexed.
Also, it will ignore the .cursorignore files from the individual project directories.

I usually always use a multiroot workspace, so this problem is a blocker for my workflow.

Steps to Reproduce

Open a project, ensure that it is indexed.
Add 2 projects to a workspace, where 1 has already been indexed, see it ask to index again.
Open up the indexed files, see it is ignoring the cursorignore for that project.

Operating System

MacOS
