my cursor is always generating,can't use

My Cursor isn’t working. It keeps prompting “generating, generating, indexing.” I’ve tried restarting my computer and uninstalling and reinstalling Cursor, but neither of these solutions has worked. I’m a Pro member of this account. During the trial period, it would prompt that non-members couldn’t use it during peak hours. But now that I’ve subscribed to the membership, it still doesn’t work. This is really terrible, and I have no idea what to do at all.

There is no problem with my network, and I can access various websites without any issues.

System: macOS 15.3.2 (24D81)
Version: 0.47.8 (Universal)
VSCode Version: 1.96.2
