I extensively use many different models for writing deeply complex code.
I observe that different models have different levels of expertise - some models get stuck or are clueless while others “just get it” - but there’s no single “best” - depending on the specific bit of work involved, it’s a dice-throw which model is right.
A MoE mode would be perfect, for those of us willing to spend on multiple simultaneous requests to different models, such that all the opinions of them can be evaluated on the journey to the solution we need.
This will work, because typically, when any one model is right, the other wrong-models nearly always recognize that the right model was the right one.
My experience is based on python, javascript, C, windows-system calls, packaging-products across windows+linux+mac, a large range of libs and tools on all these platforms, and (modly) claude4, chatgpt5, Gemini 2.5pro, and grok
