Hey, thanks for the feature request and the clear mockup. I see you want to move the file list down next to the terminals to use the empty space.
In the new Agents Window, panel positions are fixed for now, so you can’t drag them yet. But you can already do what you drew in the classic Editor Window: File > Open Editor Window. It supports full layout customization like in VS Code, including dragging the Explorer into the bottom panel next to the terminal.
We’re already collecting requests for layout customization in Agents Window. I linked your thread to the main discussion here: Agents view: cannot swap editor and file tree order ([Code][Files] stuck; no UI to get [Files][Code]) so votes and requests are in one place. I can’t share an ETA for this yet.
