New cursor version sidebar button bug

Describe the Bug

In the newer version of cursor a sidebar button has shown up on the top left (there are already button on the top right) that does nothing and bugs out and gets behind the window buttons.

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report. You need to enable background agents in the Cursor settings, then this button will work.

I have legacy privacy enabled, therefore no background agents. This button should not be showing in that case right?

We resolved this issue in version 1.4.
