"New update available" spam

  • Receive “New Update available” notification covering the main chat input.
  • Click Later
  • 10 seconds later it comes up again
  • Repeat 50 times
  • Get frustrated, click install now
  • 3 hours later, same thing happens again

Please leave me alone it’s VERY frustrating.

  • goto cursor settings
  • searched notifictions
  • only options are system notifications from agents, which I want to keep on. Dont see anythign relating to new update notificatoins, Ive looked 3 times.

Comon cursor… This is pretty tragic UX pls fix

hi @dawid and thank you for your post. This sounds like a bug, could you post a full separate Bug Report with more info as this helps us to reproduce it Create Bug Report

I could not reproduce it myself but with more info it would be easier to find where or how it occurs.
