No longer seeing inline diffs from composer

I’m guessing it is related to this ‘missing apply button’ bug. I don’t have an apply button anymore.

The Apply Button is missing

New to Cursor, just downloaded it today and I´ve only seen the apply button once and it worked that one time. I see that Microsoft is aggressively marketing VS Code with a free tier matching Cursors tier exactly, so I guess they feel the heat, but you got to iron out this bug, else you´ll fade out of history.
