Nvm node versions lost after update

:counterclockwise_arrows_button: use old version of cursor and install nvm, install node versions, update to newest, notice node versions are missing and npm, pnpm, nvm all fail.

:laptop: Tell us your operating system and your Cursor version (macOS Version: 0.47.8 (Universal)

OS: Darwin x64 24.3.0). 🚫 Had to install nvm path to .zshrc` and run nvm install 23 again to get a local node version.

same issue. the new terminal process doesn’t have the zsh file sourced and didn’t know about nvm
