Open in external terminal btn is not working

If cursor has executed some code in terminal then a window is shown with open in external terminal which is not working

Hey, thanks for the report. I notice you’re on Version 1.7.28, which is quite outdated. Please update to the latest version first (currently 2.0+):

Menu → Cursor → Check for Updates

Once you’ve updated, let me know if the issue persists. The latest version includes many bug fixes and improvements.

If the problem continues after updating, you can try enabling Legacy Terminal Tool in Cursor Settings as a workaround.
