Opted out New Pricing - Legacy Model Questions

Hello,
I’ve opted out of the new pricing model and am currently using the legacy plan with the 500-request monthly quota. I have a few questions:

  1. Can I use “Max” mode with this legacy plan?
  2. Does using Max mode cost extra, or is it included in the Pro plan? Does it use more requests apart from normal ones due to the no tool limit?
  3. Is there any tool usage limit under the legacy pricing model?
  4. What happens after I reach the 500 monthly request quota—does access switch to a slower pool, or is it completely restricted?
  5. If the new pricing model is improved in the future, can I switch back to the new pricing model?
  6. If I use to-do list functionality, all to-do tasks cost only 1 request, or, for example, cost 1 request for each to-do task if I use the normal Sonnet 4 model.
  7. Can I use background agents with my 500 request quota or does it cost extra?
