Hi, thanks for making such a great and helpful product!
I saw that this question has been asked in March 2024 and there hasn’t been an answer, so I’d like to again bring some attention to the following:
The multi-line predictions of copilot++ are not always entirely what I want, but the first line is correct most of the time. So I think it would be really convenient to add a feature such that there is a shortcut to accept line by line and not only word by word as currently possible with the partial accepts option which is quite cumbersome. Cheers!
Okay so there is a setting under “Cursor Settings” → “Features” → “Partial accepts” which makes it possible to accept word by word with ⌘ + → (using macOS) but this is quite annoying when you just want to accept like one or two lines.
I think adding the possibility to use ⌘ + ↓ to accept line by line would make perfect sense here. Imo line by line is just the right level of granularity for stepping through the suggestions and accepting them. I’d be happy to hear more opinions on this.
