now I can drag & drop a image to chat, use GPT-V，but I have a better idea,
that I can paste a image directly, not need to save it then drag & drop it.
Sometimes, I need to express a more precise meaning, so I will draw some sketches to express it, so if I can just take a screenshot and paste it into the chat window, the workflow will be much easier.
