I’ve attached a pdf but the response seems to indicate no pdf was sent alongside the request.
I just come up a more crazy idea. If Cursor AI can read pdf as reference, what if I opened a github repository(be it public or private, as long as permission got), and upload all needed pdfs as ref, then add this repository link as @doc in Cursor?
For me, this would be quite useful, especially when coding some algorithm related to AI which need to ref lots of paper with their corresponding open sourced code.

I can second this keeps happening on Cursor as of today. Have there been any updates to the issue?
Cursor doesn’t currently support PDF attachments or reading - this is something we’re working on though! For now, you can try copying the relevant text content directly into the chat, or sharing specific code snippets you want to discuss. The GitHub repo reference idea is interesting but wouldn’t work with PDFs right now
