Plan doesn't work in 2.3.9

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

When i try to use the plan, it just stays on “Creating plan…” and doesn’t do it anymore.

Steps to Reproduce

Just have a project, ask the cursor for something like “find all files that are bigger than 500 lines, and make modules and sub-modules from them”.
And it doesn’t make the plan!

Expected Behavior

It would make the plan on what files to make into modules, before i click build!

Operating System

Windows 10/11
