Hey, thanks for the report. This matches a known issue in 2.1.47-2.1.48 that we’re tracking. Details and discussion here:
- Plan mode "build" not working in chat
- Similar plan file open errors: 2.1.47 plans are always innaccessible and unreachable and cannot build
Workarounds:
- In chat, ask to build the plan via text instead of clicking Build - this works for some users
- Try launching without extensions:

What we need from you for diagnostics:
- Errors from Help > Toggle Developer Tools > Console after clicking View Plan and Build
- Repro steps
