Plan mode not useable when usage limit is hit

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

When the usage-limit is hit, a non-closable notification pops up above the agent.
If that is the case while using the plan mode, multiple choice questions are blocked in view by the usage-limit-notification, which makes it nearly impossible to proceed the task in a meaningful way.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Hit your usage limit.
  2. Use plan mode.
  3. wait till agent tries to ask you questions.
  4. Despair.

Expected Behavior

I expect to be able to use the plan mode with “auto” enabled, but the notification is not closable.
