Please consider disabling CTRL + W for closing chats, or make it configurable

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

This has happened to me multiple times: I write a long, detailed prompt, switch to a file, and instinctively press CTRL + W to close the file—only to accidentally close the entire chat and lose all progress.

If CTRL + W must remain enabled, please also support CTRL + Shift + T to reopen the last closed chat with its full content restored. This would prevent unnecessary loss of work and frustration.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the Chat and write a prompt and then press CTRL + W - it’s closing the chat

Expected Behavior

Don’t close it or make CTRL + SHIFT + T work to reopen the closed chat

Operating System

Linux
