Trauble connection
Hey, to help with the connection issue, I’ll need a bit more detail since there’s no description in the thread right now.
Can you clarify:
- Where exactly the issue happens (Chat, Agent, Tab, indexing) and the full error text (or a screenshot)?
- Your Cursor version and OS
- The Request ID, if you have one (in chat: top right menu > Copy Request ID)
For now, you can run diagnostics: Cursor Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics. If you’re on a corporate network, VPN, or proxy (Zscaler, etc.), try this: App Settings Cmd+, or Ctrl+, > search for HTTP/2 > Disable HTTP/2, then restart Cursor.
