Cursor became nearly unusable after the upgrade to 0.46.3. I would say it was disastrously improved… At least give us the possibility to downgrade to the previous version.

What exactly were the specific parts that didn’t work for you or regressed for you? For me I just upgraded this morning and the only thing I noticed so far is that if I am on Agent mode and I ask it something where it will “infer” without using the @Web command, it will start to search the internet but then get stuck and never return anything. However, if I go to the normal Ask tab and use the @Web (which for me is so much better coz I can control exactly when I want it to search the internet and not let it guess for me) so when I use it in the Ask tab (which was Chat previously i guess) it works fine - So yeah for now just avoiding the Agent mode
To me its kinda of freezing every few seconds.

Same. It either OOM crashes or lags for a good 10 seconds while using 80% of all my memory. And I’m on a pretty high end system
Confirm the same here. Crashes every few minutes. A lot of interface lag. Constantly switches back to Agent mode from Chat without my knowledge which is super annoying when it goes off on a tangent doing things I didn’t ask it to do.

I loved Cursor for the development speed boost it gave me. I could provide it with a technical spec from our wiki as a markdown file, and it would generate new files and update existing ones across the project workspace. It didn’t work perfectly, but it was pretty good and helped speed up development.
After the recent upgrade, the development process has slowed down because it no longer works as it did before. Yesterday, it failed to implement a simple feature, failed to create new files, and even tab autocompletion was sluggish.
I also don’t like the UI changes - files now open in different panels, making it unclear where they are, and so on.
Cursor was awesome before 0.46.3 - now it’s not. 
UPDATE: I’ve managed to bring back the search input, so I’ve updated my comment.

Same here. My Cursor keeps on crashing after the recent upgrade. It has become unusable. If I uninstall and go back to previous version, will it retain the memory?
