I really despise the fact that the AI can suggest empty lines, empty tabs, and the removal of them. It really only gets in the way and looks and feels very confusing. Is there any way to prevent this unwanted feature?

Could you reproduce this? Screenshots or a video would be great.
It’s become a really persistent issue since newest release. Was not previously an issue. The diff changes appear good when cursor is writing out the changes, but once the changes are complete - blank lines are added everywhere and I can no longer view the real changes until I open the full diff file.

Still happens to me on Windows. The actual empty lines are not added into code its just super anoying.
Doesnt happen to me on mac. Just windows
