Pro Account and the slow request

Unfortunately after finishing the fast requests I got an issue with slow request:
1- Taking longer than I expected
2- One prompt work out of 7 and never finished to apply changes

So I’m contacting you guy, Is there a problem? Will this be fixed soon?

I’ve had the same thing for a few hours now. I can’t do anything. I’ve had slow requests before and there was nothing like this. Maybe they’re having some kind of outage.

I think yes, they need some time to fix this but i would love to here update from them regarding this.

Hey, We’re currently seeing a high demand on our slow request infrastructure. While we are looking to reduce these errors, you can bypass this by purchasing some additional fast request allowance through the website. The slow pool is intended to be a buffer for people who may be just over their fast allowance at the end of the month, and don’t want to pay for extra usage, but we cannot guarantee the slow pool’s availability compared to fast requests.
