Project rules don't show up

Describe the Bug

I have created a couple of project rules and I can’t see them in project rules section in the settings

Steps to Reproduce

Open settings and go to rules & memories tab and then scroll down to project rules and try to create a new rule.

Expected Behavior

I should see the rules I create in the settings in the project rules section

Operating System

Windows 10/11

Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy)

Additional Information

The project is located in a WSL environment. the file show up in the left side of the screen in file explorer but doesn’t show up in the settings.
And yes i have tried to manually save and refresh files from outside of cursor and inside.
I tried to close settings and open them again and nothing worked.

Does this stop you from using Cursor
