Please provide a reliable way to downgrade to a particular version.
I can not stress enough how we all require this!
At this point I think upgrade should not be enforced at all and has to be voluntary.

Cursor was so great in the past, and now it is a headache!
These guys are asking to lose customers!!!
Have you found a way to go to 0.45?
I did downgrade, but it cost me my Composer threads and notebooks. Not going to try it again.
I did not lose anything.
I did not uninstall the previous one, just closed it.
Then download a new copy without installing, and run it directly from the package (MacOS)
All the notes are there
