Python Notebook Modify results in Cursor Automatically Deleting a File

Describe the Bug

Interacting with a python notebook in a uv venv.

Cursor asked to break down a long cell so readers can execute examples in a more granular way.

It decides to just delete the file.

Steps to Reproduce

repo
uv
install jupyter
create notebook
put a ton of text into a cell and as cursor to break that into multiple cells

Expected Behavior

breaks the cell (long) into multiple cells (short)
