currently, the list of agents is displayed in the Primary side bar, and the conversations themselves in the AI pane.
It would be easier and more intuitive to implement something like we have in gmail.
we have a list of agents and clicking on one would either - open the chat to the right of the list / at the bottom of the list / on top of the list (hiding the list).
