Refund mistake annual sub

Hi,

I made a mistake this morning and paid for an annual subscription because I thought it’s gonna be billed monthly, but I instantly got charged with the whole 192$. Is it possible to have a refund or change the subscription to monthly? I still wanna use your service in the future.
