Problem changing to annual subscription or refund

I have an account with a few developers added on a monthly subscription. I need to change the subscription to yearly and add more devs but cannot find a way to change the plan. I tried cancelling the subscription to see if there was an option to restore it on a yearly plan, not luck. I went back to pricing and clicked on Get Started button to create a new subscription with the yearly plan, I typed the same Team name and made the payment. It charged me the annual plan but it isn’t showing on the billing table and the account doesn’t reflect the new subscription anywhere. I need to get that subscription activated ASAP so I can add the new devs, or get a refund and a solution to get the yearly subscription. I sent some emails to hi@cursor.com but it’s been almost a week with no response from anyone at Cursor. I also read some topics related to this, I see billing is really an issue on this platform. Anyone at cursors to get this solved as soon as possible?

Due to all this billing issues, we have decided to keep the monthly subscription and evaluate the service for a few months. We still need the refund for the yearly subscription charge made last week. Will appreciate your help for this?
