I have reached out to hi@cursor.com at least 3 times with no response whatsoever. Why is it that no one responds there? Anyway, I need to switch from annual to monthly billing. I canceled my annual subscription, but don’t see any way to sign up for monthly. Can I get some help?

Annual subscription will be working until end of subscription period. After that you can subscribe for monthly
Hi Frank, if you’ve cancelled the annual membership through the website, you won’t be refunded for this and your subscription will last until the end of the year you have already paid for.
In this case, you won’t see the option to subscribe for them only plan until the annual subscription has expired.
If you’d like to request anything further, please email hi@cursor.com and they will help you out.
If I invite new people to the team, will they be able to get assigned monthly licenses?
