Can I switch back from the annual subscription to the monthly subscription?

Previously, I had a monthly subscription and preferred to pay manually each month to reevaluate the need for the tool. However, I recently overlooked this process and accidentally paid for an annual subscription.

Could you please assist me with a refund for the annual subscription and revert my account back to the monthly subscription plan?
