I want to switch from monthly to annual payment - but I can’t see a way to do this, even if I cancel from the billing page I only have the option to resubscribe monthly. Hope this isn’t a skill issue on my end!
Right now, the only way to do this would be to cancel, then create a new account and subscribe to annual. Hope to build in functionality for this soon.
If you do cancel and resubscribe, just ping us at [email protected] and we’ll refund the monthly charge.

Damn, same problem here 2 years later. I struggled hours with your Sam IA that kept telling me there was an upgrade button available, and since days I’m waiting for your team to get back to me to fix this billing cycle issue.
By the way, it would be super nice to get the same discount on pro+ subs.
