Pricing Questions

Hello, in the docs for the pricing page, Cursor – Models & Pricing , it states individual users have the option for a Pro plan, Pro+ plan, and an Ultra plan.

I am interested in the Pro+ plan, however I see no option to purchase that as a monthly or yearly subscription when I am logged into to cursor which currently has a pro trial activated.

My feedback/questions is how can I get it?

And if I get the Pro plan what if it ends mid month and I decide I want to upgrade while already on a yearly plan? Would I be able to get the Pro+ then? would it charge me for the remainder months of the yearly sub?

Anecdotally, I moved from Pro yearly to Pro+ monthly, and received an automatic refund for the remainder of the yearly plan.

Yes this is standard process. For the remaining months of the annual subscription we automatically issue a refund when user changes the plan. It may take several days for the refund to be deposited back depending on payment method and bank.

I would like to convert my current annual subscription to the Pro+ monthly plan, as there is no annual option available for Pro+. Since I have only used one month of my Pro plan, I would like to avoid wasting the remaining subscription value and request a prorated refund for the unused portion.

Why is there no option to downgrade back to Pro from Pro+? I would like to do so but there is only cancel subscription (with Cursor and Bugbot bundled together). Could someone from the Cursor team please provide a link to do so or send me a message?

hi @robbie-bestr The downgrade would be cancelling the Pro+ subscription and starting a new Pro subscription. There is no external link for it but you can access the subscription in Dashboard > Billing & Invoices > Manage Subscription which then goes to Stripe.
