I currently have an annual plan. When I tried to upgrade to ultra, I expected to pay an additional 180$ per month or 180$*(months left) annual.However, it seems my only option is to purchase a completely new ultra plan. This upgrade logic is quite confusing.
It’s also strange that the 60$ plan only includes 3∗,while the 200$ plan offers 20*. Logically, the $60 plan should offer 4 or 5*, even though we are still unsure what after ‘*’ represents.
I’m also curious about how to upgrade from an annual Pro plan to Pro+. I haven’t seen this option available—do we need to contact support to make the switch?
Hey, there’s currently no annual plan for the Ultra plan, and you can’t switch to it in your account yet. We’re planning to add the switch soon. Meanwhile, you can try switching to the monthly Ultra plan from the pricing page. Just make sure to use the same email address. Your annual subscription will be canceled, and a new one will be registered. You’ll also receive a prorated refund.

May I attempt this upgrade path also on [Pro+] for a pro-rated refund on my annual payment I made on the regular Pro plan?

So the link worked where I was able to upgrade from pro to pro plus, can you now provide a link to go from Pro plus to ultra? Cause I cannot upgrade from anywhere that I found yet
