How to upgrade from yearly paid plan ($20/year) to $200/month plan?

Hi Cursor team,

I currently have a yearly paid plan ($20/year) and would like to upgrade to the $200/month plan. However, I’m not sure how to make this change.

Could you please provide instructions on how to upgrade from my current yearly subscription to the $200/month plan? Do I need to cancel my current subscription first, or is there a way to upgrade directly through the settings?

Any assistance or guidance on this process would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t remember exactly what buttons did I press, but there was some kind upgrade possibility and once done, it refunded rest of the yearly plan and then took the monthly payment.

Hey, to upgrade from your yearly plan to a monthly subscription, you’ll need to contact the team at [email protected] - yearly to monthly switches require manual handling (though as @Serp mentioned, they do provide prorated refunds).
