Describe the Bug
When an Open API Key and Override OpenAI Base URL is enabled, one can no longer add models to use. This functionality was working just fine in 1.7.xx
Interestingly enough, the model does show up on the chat drop down, but not in the settings model list.
Steps to Reproduce
Enable Open API Key, enable Override OpenAI Base URL, attempt to add a model, notice the add button remains grey and does not respond to clicks or text.
Expected Behavior
After entering text, add button stores text as model to be called.
