Remote SSH - Terminal Doesn't Know Command Was Ran

Describe the Bug

When using the the Remote SSH extension directly into a server/vps and executing a series of tasks with the AI it will often run terminal commands, the cli command will execute and be finished but it does not detect its finished and do the ^C often resulting in needing to force click the the Skip button, only for it to sometimes respond to that. I find myself having to kill the existing terminal window and open a new one for it often.

Steps to Reproduce

Windows, Remote SSH Extension, VPS Server, Have it execute a series of CLI Commands such as setup an open source piece of software and fully configure it with a domain already pointed to the VPS Server, have it issue the SSL cert with certbot and all, at somepoint in the process it the terminal will not be usable for it anymore.

Operating System
