I expect actions to run, and then the agent to continue thinking/acting. Instead (at least on SSH remote server), the agent waits for a long time, or I need to skip (even after the operation has completed)

I am having this same problem. It is getting very frustrating. I have asked the agent to do many different things like adding a timeout to simple commands but it just sits there till I hit stop or skip, sometimes it will continue if I go into the terminal and hit a cntrl-c which appears to be what the skip does. My remote is Ubuntu 24.
